Is this is a good breeder?

Honestly, it's hard to tell anything about a Breeder just from a website. Try giving them a call and see what sort of "feel" you get from them. Have a list of questions ready when you call. Ask if you can set up a time to come over and see the dogs, meet the adults, etc. The only way to know for sure is to go visit. : )
