7 years of relationship and headed for divorce but does he still care?

he have been together 7 years and married 3, both 24. we have a little 2 yr old. we've been having some differences to the point were we are just tired of this and are getting a divorce. it all started with him leaving after a fight ( we rarely fought) i moved out, he got a roomate. after four months he professed his love towards me and wanted to work things out. we did all of a sudden he said its not what he though it was going to be and did not want to move in together.(confirmed there is no one else in the picture). i was devistated. everyone tells me to move on and let him go but i just want to know were i stand? i have asked him several time and all i get is i dont know what i want... he is a great dad and we have the baby 50/50. so i told him that im going to get the divorce because i wont wait for him to figure out what he wants and he agreed. we talk all the time almost every day. we are both very attracted to each other but he is just confused....
