Can you interpret this poem?

This is a man remembering his childhood [1&2], with longing he can still remember [3] and sense the warm feelings of his comforting mother by his side [4& 5] while he learn to play and practised the piano....she sang while he played [6 & 7 &8] and that made him feel really connected to his mom...now as an adult, he plays as a professional in cold, [9&10]yet crowded music halls and there is nobody "with him"....in spite of a large audience...feeling a sense of warm childhood days lost [11 & 12]...
