Emotional makeover help?
Living a healthier life is never a bad idea, but I feel you're doing it for the wrong reasons. Punch the selfish yahoo who told you you'd be a knockout if you lost some weight right in the mouth. Your problem is not your body. Work on your self confidence. Volunteer for a children's hospital, or a rescue mission. Spend time talking with kids, or broken people (not saying that to be mean), or people that have had a hard run of luck. All of those people will appreciate you taking the time out of your day to help them. It will build your conversation skills, your confidence, it will look good on your resume, and moving around that much will start giving you a dramatic effect with your self proclaimed weight problem. If you can make a child with cancer smile, who cares what some dumb schmuck thinks about your figure. You're worth more than you're letting these people make you think your value is. Hope I helped.
