How do get a hold of the billing dept? They need to refund my cc.?

They charged my CC for a membership to the personals. However, they promptly canceld the membership because of credit card problems. After calling my CC company, today they said, the charge went through. I just want my 24.00 bucks back. Can anyone help me?
