Stuffed mushroom recipe?

I am in charge of an appetizer on Thanksgiving. I would love to do 2 things one of them being stuffed mushrooms. If anyone has any mushroom recipes that would be great. I would prefer one with meat, but am open to suggestions. I'm tossing around a couple ideas for the the other appetizer but if you have an idea for me it would be appreciated. Level of difficulty doesn't matter.
