Is this pork roast worth cooking any more?

I'm cooking the last pork roast from a pig we bought in 11/07 in the crock pot. It was wrapped very well by the butcher that processed the pig. The package looked fine, and the freezer has never lost power. It was at the bottom of the freezer and I must have just forgotten about it. I defrosted it in the fridge for a couple days and when I pulled it out of the packaging the roast looks like any other I've ever seen that was a whole lot fresher. It doesn't smell weird or anything. Will we die from eating this?
