Does snowkiteing somehow harms the plants growing underneath the snow ?

When snowkiteing is done on a particular field and many kiters run over the same snowfield every day and it starts to look like it is ploughed untill the next snow falls. Even though snowkiteing is one of the most eco winter sports this might be a problem, because young plants growing under the snow are vulnerable. And if the snow cover is more than 1m high, can this be a problem ?
