I mean literally, he does cheat. NASCAR hardly penalized him. He is in the top at it is. He always is dependent on his gay crew chief. All those wins were won by cheating. He won his second title by cheating. Also, he is a sad driver like Brad. He is always dependet on winning by chance and hogging up all the titles. To tell you the truth, he is a joke.
