How long will it take to defrost fresh sausages?

I forgot to take my sausages out of the freezer this morning, and have just remembered! I'll need them in about 4hrs time. Will they defrost by then? Or should I just make something else? I don't really want to run them under a tap or microwave them. Any suggestions?
