I need your opinion, tubal ligation or vasectomy?

Me and my husband have 3 healthy kids all born by c-section, I opted out of getting my tubes tied, hoping my husband would get a vasectomy, which he hasn't done yet. We know we are done having children, so what do you think is the best thing, tubal or vasectomy?
