idt that's gonna be enough calories. you should have at least 1200 a day. cuz you will probly end up binging just cuz that's not enough food. maybe u could add in some hundred calorie snacks a couple times throughout the day? oh and a good subway sandwich that's really healthy is italian bread, w/e cheese you want (or no cheese is better) grilled chicken, and w/e veggies you want (i just like loots of lettuce) and no mayo.
