What do girls wear to wes?

You know the Old Wesley discos, well what exactly would a girl wear to one of them? I've heard of girls going out and buying 'wes dresses' but I don't know what they look like and where you can buy them. I heard you can buy good dresses or wes in Lipsy but what else would a girl wear to wes? Thanks.
