What soldiers have the most heart?

Might seem like an odd question, but i see all these questions wondering who has the best trained soldier, and who has the best equipment. But what i want to know, is what country has the soldier with the most heart. And when i say heart i mean, willingness to take a bullet for a fellow soldier,and highest morale, and those types of things.
